I agree to the Plyfix Contractor Terms:

Workmanship guarantee — 90-day defect window: if my work fails to perform as bid within 90 days, I'll return at no cost to repair (or refund the original payment).
14-day response SLA — I'll respond to landlord defect claims within 14 days.
Chargeback clawback — if a landlord successfully disputes a payment I received through Plyfix and the dispute is upheld, I authorize Plyfix to claw back the disputed amount from my future payouts (or, if no future payouts, recover via standard collection).
Insurance over $1k — for any single job bid above $1,000, I confirm I carry general liability insurance covering the work.
Per-job cap — Plyfix limits the maximum amount per job based on my completed-job history: $500 (first 5 jobs), $1,500 (jobs 6-10), $3,000+ (after 10 clean jobs).

How do you get paid? Independent — I'll accept jobs from multiple landlords. Plyfix pays me directly via Stripe. Super-only — I work for one landlord who pays me via payroll. No Stripe setup needed.
